We are currently supporting a number of secondary schools around the Liverpool area who are working with Hays to build a pool of reliable and flexible supply teachers for the Autumn and Winter term initially.

Your new role
Supply teachers working across a number of schools. Delivering work pre set by school but ensuring pupils are on task and achieving outcomes in every lesson.

Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality lessons in the absence of the class teacher that meets the needs of all students.
• Follow the schools rewards and behaviour policy.
• Be flexible and willing to support across the school in different departments

Qualifications
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching at secondary school level.

Skills
• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for working with young people
• Strong classroom management skills.
• The ability to deliver engaging lessons.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
