We are working in partnership with a thriving and welcoming secondary school in Blackpool, who are seeking a motivated Science Teacher to join their department from April 2026 until the end of the academic year, with strong potential to continue into September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a supportive, well-received Science department where collaboration, practical learning, and student engagement are genuinely valued.
The Role
- Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience welcomed but not essential)
- Delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that encourage curiosity and confidence
- Using practical work and demonstrations to bring science to life
- Monitoring progress and supporting students to achieve their potential
- Working closely with a friendly, experienced Science team
✅ What We’re Looking For
- A UK‑qualified Science Teacher (QTS or QTLS)
- Confident teaching across KS3–KS4
- Passionate about Science and inspiring young people
- Reliable, organised, and enthusiastic about classroom teaching
- Committed to safeguarding student wellbeing
