We are working on behalf of a supportive secondary school in Coventry seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or Level 3) to join their team from January 2026. The school is known for its inclusive ethos and commitment to helping every student reach their potential.

The Role

- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with a range of additional needs.
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities.
- Support communication, literacy, and numeracy development.
- Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.

The Ideal Candidate

- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Experience working with children with SEN in a school setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and inclusive practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies.
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to supporting student progress.
