About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary School Cover Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive schools in the Midhurst area. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and graduates looking to gain classroom experience.
As a Cover Teacher, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Manage behaviour in line with school policies.
- Support students in their learning and engagement.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff where required.
What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Confident working with students aged 11–16 (or up to 18)
- Strong communicators with good classroom experience.
- Flexible, reliable, and proactive.
- Passionate about Education and supporting young people.
Ideal but not essential:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree-Level education.
