Your new role

As a General Supply Teacher, you will be delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups in secondary schools. Your responsibilities may include:
  • Managing the classroom and ensuring students remain on task
  • Delivering engaging lessons and adapting to different school environments
  • Providing feedback to the department or cover manager
  • Upholding school policies and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • UK classroom experience at the secondary level
  • Strong classroom management and adaptability
  • A proactive and professional approach to teaching
  • Availability for short-notice or pre-booked supply work
