Cover Supervisor – Great opportunity for those seeking work in education

This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience working with young people who are looking to build classroom experience. It’s also a great opportunity for those seeking flexible work within education.
The Role:
- Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
- Delivering pre-set lesson plans and ensuring students remain on task
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Providing support and guidance to students where required
- Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
This Role Would Suit:
- Graduates considering a career in teaching
- Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g. coaching, youth work, tutoring)

Requirements:
- A degree or relevant experience working with young people
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Confidence in leading a classroom environment
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Two recent professional references
