Your role
As a Hays supply teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Work in a variety of settings, including EYFS, Primary, Secondary and Post‑16.
- Choose the age ranges or subjects you wish to teach.
- Take on short‑term, long‑term, or day‑to‑day assignments depending on your preferences.
- Build strong relationships with local schools and make a positive impact on pupils’ learning.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or equivalent.
- Experience teaching within your chosen phase/subject.
- A flexible and positive approach to classroom teaching.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one through Hays).
