I'm recruiting confident, reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a range of Wirral secondary schools.

The Role
You’ll deliver pre-set lessons, manage behaviour, and keep learning moving when teachers are absent. Every day is different, every school is unique — and you’ll gain fantastic experience along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading pre-prepared lessons across KS3 & KS4
- Keeping students focused, engaged, and on task
- Managing behaviour in line with school policies
- Supporting learning and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere
- Feeding back to staff at the end of each session
What I'm Looking For
- Confident communicator with strong presence
- Calm, adaptable, and quick-thinking
- Experience with young people (schools, coaching, youth work) is a bonus
- Ideal for aspiring teachers or graduates
