The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the continuity of learning during a teacher's absence. Responsibilities include:
  • Supervising cases using pre-set lesson materials.
  • Maintaining a positive and focused classroom environment.
  • Supporting students to stay engaged and on task.
  • Managing behaviour in line with school policies.

About You:

  • Has previous secondary teaching experience.
  • Has QTS (desirable, but not essential)
  • Builds rapport quickly with young people.

  • Is committed to supporting students' learning and development.
