The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the continuity of learning during a teacher's absence. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising cases using pre-set lesson materials.
- Maintaining a positive and focused classroom environment.
- Supporting students to stay engaged and on task.
- Managing behaviour in line with school policies.

About You:

- Has previous secondary teaching experience.
- Has QTS (desirable, but not essential)
- Builds rapport quickly with young people.
- Has strong communication and classroom presence.

- Brings a positive attitude.
- Is committed to supporting students' learning and development.
