Hays Education is looking for enthusiastic, proactive Cover Supervisors to support a range of vibrant secondary schools across Northamptonshire. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a key part in keeping lessons running smoothly by:
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson work in the teacher’s absence
- Keeping students engaged, focused, and on track
- Managing behaviour effectively using school policies
- Ensuring any safeguarding concerns are reported to the DSL promptly
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience working with young people (school, coaching, tutoring, youth work, etc.)
- Confident communication and classroom management skills
- A positive, professional attitude
- Flexibility to work across subjects and settings
- A genuine interest in education and helping students succeed
