Your new role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into classrooms during teacher absences to ensure learning continues smoothly. You’ll deliver pre-prepared work, manage behaviour, and support students across a range of subjects and age groups (Key Stage 3 & 4). No planning or marking is required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Confidence and strong communication skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students of different ages and abilities.
• Flexibility to cover a variety of subjects.
• Previous experience working with young people is desirable, but you do not need to be a qualified teacher (needs to have experience working with children).
• A genuine desire to make a difference in education.
