Are you confident in the classroom, adaptable under pressure, and passionate about supporting students’ learning — wherever you’re needed?
We are working closely with a range of secondary schools across the Solihull area who are seeking reliable and capable Cover Supervisors to provide high-quality classroom supervision on a short and long-term basis. This role is ideal for experienced Cover Supervisors or Teaching Assistants who enjoy variety and thrive in fast‑moving school environments.
The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
- Maintain a positive and well‑managed classroom environment
- Confidently manage behaviour in line with each school’s policies.
- Keep students engaged, focused and on task
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and expectations
What We’re Looking For
✅ Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant
✅ UK secondary school experience is essential
✅ Strong behaviour management and classroom presence
✅ Confidence supervising whole classes independently
✅ Flexibility and reliability
✅ Access to a car is advantageous, given the location and travel between schools.
