Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong focus on delivery. In this role, you will guide teams in adopting and implementing Agile practices effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in building out a new team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong delivery focus

• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities

• Demonstrated experience in identifying and resolving delivery impediments

• Coaching experience is highly beneficial
