Your new role
As a Science Teacher, you’ll be delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential for KS5 depending on experience). You’ll be part of a collaborative department that values creativity, practical learning, and student progress.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
- Inspiring students through practical experiments and real-world applications.
- Managing classroom behaviour confidently and positively.
- Creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Monitoring progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting (including during training).
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
- A friendly, engaging, and encouraging teaching style.
