Are you a qualified Science teacher ready to energise classrooms across Huddersfield? Hays Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Science specialists to join our supply pool for immediate placements in secondary schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to stay active in teaching while positioning yourself for long-term or permanent Science roles as they become available.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering engaging lessons in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics across KS3 and KS4
- Supporting a variety of schools with day-to-day and short-term cover needs
- Building relationships with local schools to secure future opportunities
- Maintaining high standards of teaching, behaviour management, and student engagement
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge in one or more science disciplines
- A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
- Passion for inspiring students through practical and theoretical science
