Computer Science Teacher – Leyland – September to December 2025
Location: Leyland, Lancashire
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (until December 2025)
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Computer Science teacher looking for your next opportunity?
At Hays Education, we are working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Leyland to recruit a Computer Science Teacher for a full-time role starting in September 2025.

About the Role:
You will be joining a supportive and forward-thinking department, delivering engaging and innovative lessons to KS3 and KS4 students. The school has a strong focus on digital literacy and is keen to welcome a teacher who can inspire students and foster a love for computing and technology.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Computer Science at secondary level (KS3/KS4)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A commitment to raising standards and delivering high-quality teaching
  • Ability to plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons
