Flexible KS2 Supply Teacher needed - September

Your new company
Hays Education are currently working closely with local Bristol schools to find independent, resourceful KS2 specialist teachers to join their supply team. Covering a multitude of classes in different schools across Bristol, you will gain valuable experience throughout KS2, working with different teachers, TAs and children in each class that you will teach. The schools you will work in are located across North, South and Central Bristol.
Your new role
These KS2 supply teaching roles are on a part-time basis when and where the needs are in the school. These schools are looking for teachers who can use their initiative when covering the class, suiting lessons to the children’s different abilities and picking up lesson plans quickly. These roles are open to ECTs and will start in September, throughout the year. Successful candidates will teach across Year 3-Year 6 and will need to have strong knowledge of the curriculum alongside core maths, english and reading. Having a subject specialism, e.g. history or science, is also desirable.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (PGCE)- Experience within the last 5 years
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum
