Your new role
- Preparing, maintaining, and setting up equipment and materials for practical lessons
- Assisting teachers during experiments and demonstrations
- Ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to across all science labs
- Organising and maintaining laboratory stock and resources
- Supporting students with practical work and engaging science activities
- Contributing to the smooth running of science clubs and enrichment events
What you'll need to succeed
- A science-related qualification (ideally with a Physics background)
- Practical knowledge of lab equipment and procedures
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Awareness of health and safety in a lab environment
- Previous experience in an educational or scientific setting (desirable but not essential)
