Key responsibilities of your new role:- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional first point of contact.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries to the appropriate staff and providing accurate information.
- Maintain reception and common areas, keeping them tidy, organised, and presentable at all times.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and room bookings with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handling of basic administrative tasks.
