Temporary school Receptionist job based in Sheffield.

This temporary school receptionist job has been made available by a Secondary School in Sheffield. The school has a very dedicated workforce that focusses on the educational outcomes of all students and aims to create a learning community that is both supportive and safe in an environment of mutual respect.
Your new role
This school is currently looking for a full-time Receptionist to start as soon as possible. The hours of the role are 8–4 each day. Your time in this role will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Management of the school phone line
- Responding to emails
- Checking in/out visitors and other stakeholders
- General Admin duties
- Taking in deliveries
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate would have:
- Strong IT skills,
- Experience with school systems, including BROMCOM or ARBOR or SIMS
- Respect for safeguarding and confidentiality,
- A strong ability to communicate well
- Work as part of a team and as an individual
- Use your own initiative
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Maintain attention to detail and be organised, motivated and punctual.
