About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, proactive and highly organised School Office Manager to lead the operational functions of a busy school office.
This key role ensures the smooth day‑to‑day running of administrative operations and provides essential support to the Academy Leadership Team, including the Senior Academy Business Manager.
The successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting both academy‑based activity and, at times, Trust‑wide initiatives. Working on a shared site, you will occasionally collaborate with the Trust’s central team on specific projects, such as event bookings and preparing coordinated information packs.

We are looking to appoint a dedicated and skilled administrator who is:
  • Experienced in managing or supporting busy administrative environments
  • A strong communicator, confident in liaising with staff, parents, students and external stakeholders
  • A team‑focused professional, able to collaborate effectively across academy and Trust teams
  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Committed to maintaining a high standard of customer service and operational excellence
Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the day‑to‑day operation of the school office
  • Providing high‑level administrative support to the Academy Leadership Team and Senior Academy Business Manager
  • Ensuring efficient office systems, processes and workflows
  • Supporting HR, finance, and data‑related administrative tasks as required
  • Coordinating communication across the school, including parent and staff enquiries
  • Supporting the Trust central team on defined projects, including booking events and preparing information packs
  • Contributing to a welcoming, professional and solution‑focused front‑of‑house service
