The Role
You will be working as a Teaching Assistant supporting children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your strengths and experience. Duties include:
- Supporting children in small groups and 1:1
- Helping children develop communication, independence and early learning skills
- Assisting with classroom routines and activities
- Supporting children with additional or special educational needs
- Creating a positive, engaging learning environment
- Working closely with teachers and wider school staff
Hours & Pay
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
- £16–£18 per hour, depending on experience
- Term‑time only
