We are seeking a proactive and highly organised School Administrator to join our fast-paced school office. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a school or similar administrative setting, who thrives on multitasking and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Support:- 8:00am–9:15am and 2:45pm–3:15pm (approx.)
- Welcoming pupils and visitors
- Answering calls and queries
- Taking messages and supporting pupil arrivals
 
- Administrative Duties:- Maintaining and updating school systems and databases
- Supporting general office tasks and communications
- Assisting with documentation and record-keeping
 
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a school or similar administrative role
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check (required prior to start)
- MIS experience
- Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
