Are you an experienced School Administrator looking for your next rewarding opportunity? We’re supporting a busy and welcoming school in Nottingham who are seeking a confident, organised Administrator to join their team.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
  • Greeting all visitors warmly and ensuring sign-in procedures follow strict safeguarding guidelines.
  • Handling incoming calls and emails professionally, directing enquiries efficiently, and keeping staff informed.
  • Booking appointments, coordinating meetings, and ensuring everyone has the information they need.
  • Updating pupil and staff information using systems such as SIMS, Arbor, ParentPay, and Microsoft Office, including attendance and general admin data.
  • Ordering stationery, stock, and equipment so departments have what they need day‑to‑day.
  • Following procedures linked to safeguarding, GDPR, confidentiality, and health & safety.
  • Preparing documents, printing, photocopying, and supporting teaching and admin staff with materials.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Previous school‑based experience in a similar role
  • An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive, professional attitude with clear communication skills
  • A calm, reliable approach and the ability to multitask confidently
