School Administrator│Worthing│£22,000 - £25,000 per annum│Full-Time
This school is seeking an experienced and organised School Administrator to join their team. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the school’s day-to-day operations, ensuring effective communication, and providing administrative support to staff.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain school records, databases, and filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to teachers, staff, and senior leadership.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Communication
- Ensure effective communication between staff, students, parents, and external agencies.
- Prepare and distribute reports, newsletters, and other materials.
- Manage the school’s website, social media, and other online platforms.
Organisation
- Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments.
- Manage the school’s diary and calendar.
- Maintain the school’s administrative systems and processes.
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a school or educational setting.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software such as SIMS.
- Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
