Our client is looking for a Sheltered Scheme Manager to cover schemes in Stoke-on-Trent. This position is temporary for 3 months initially.

Your new role

The main purpose of the position is to deliver high quality and effective housing management services to the residents in Sheltered Housing.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing sound advice to residents around housing management issues
• Explaining tenancy conditions
• Tenancy sign-ups
• Carry out viewings
• Encouraging residential engagement
• Keeping all records up to date
