Tender Planner required for residential and commercial construction projects in London and the South East.

Your new role

As the Tender Planner, you will be responsible for managing the pre-bid tender process for residential and commercial projects, including refurbishments and new builds. You will be able to develop construction and logistics strategies, program the tender process, and ensure all key information is included in the tender programme. You will work closely with the tender team and managerial staff to plan, report findings, and recommend solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you will need experience with MS Project or similar software such as Asta or P6. This position is not a senior-level role, but some prior experience in tender planning is required. The role is ideal for an assistant Planner looking to make the step-up. Possessing strong organisational and communication skills are essential, as you will be coordinating with various teams and stakeholders.
