Job Overview:

- Contract dates: 03-Aug-2026 to 30-Oct-2026
- Pay Rates:
- Umbrella Rate: £17.45/hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
- PAYE Basic Rate: £13.45/hour
- Time: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Job purpose: To lead and coordinate the workload of a team of Resource Schedulers to deliver standardised procedures and ways of working consistently across outputs, where required.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Lead and coordinate the workload of a team of Resource Schedulers, dependent on team structure. Ensure the team make the best use of business systems and processes in place to provide the most efficient way of working.
- Ensure all leave requests are dealt with in a prompt and satisfactory manner.
- Ensure rotas and how-to guides are issued accurately and in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.
- Demonstrates excellent communications skills and the ability to influence a range of participants at all levels.
- Person specification:
- Team player who can provide valued contributions to business discussions.
- Someone who has drive, positive energy, enthusiasm and who demonstrates the CC working together behaviours/values.
- Ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities whilst under pressure.
- Reports & actively provides support to the team managers.
- Responsible for forward planning of the team’s cover.
- Works collaboratively with others to be part of a team, as opposed to working separately or competitively.
Job Description:
