Sales Manager, Hybrid, FMCG, £60,000 + Bonus + Car/Allowance, Immediate Start!

Our client, a well-established FMCG business whom produce supplements for both children and adults, food and beverage items and cosmetics, are looking to recruit an experienced, professional Sales Manager to join their team and help to both maintain and grow business accounts. Working on a hybrid basis (1/2 days a week in the office with the remainder meeting clients/working from home), this is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate!

Our client have been established for 15 years and, in that time, have established their products on the shelves of nationwide Retailers including the likes of Holland & Barrett and Wholefoods, and in to local Pharmacies/Clinics. The company boast over 200 products underneath 14 separate brands, and have sold to over 30 countries across Europe, the Middle East and the Far East. Due to their success to date, they are now seeking the perfect candidate to drive their next stage of growth and develop/execute their sales strategy. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing existing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and growth
- Owning entire sales P&L
- Conducting regular business reviews with clients both over video and in person (managing own diary in order to accommodate)
- Building strong relationships with both Retailers and Distributors to ensure account growth
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets
- Leading and supporting small Internal Sales team (2 FTE)
- Monitoring competitor activity and market trends - providing strategic insights and working closely with the company's Marketing Manager
- Collaborating with Marketing/Product teams to align sales with launches/promotions
- Representing company at key trade fairs and exhibitions
- Providing clear reporting to senior management on sales performance/forecasts/KPI's

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Experience in managing/growing/identifying new client accounts within FMCG
- Experience and proven track record of working to/exceeding sales/revenue targets
- Potential contact list/'black book' of contacts within the FMCG world to tap into
- Excellent negotiating/presentation/communication skills
- Full, clean UK driving licence

In addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:

- Full autonomy of own diary (expected to be in the office 1/2 days a week, with the remainder meeting clients/working from home)
