Your new role
  1. Developing Sales Strategies: Formulating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market share.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Market Analysis: Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  4. Sales Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  5. Product Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's clutch products and their applications to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
  6. Sales Forecasting: Preparing accurate sales forecasts and reports informing business planning and inventory management.
  7. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms and conditions with customers and closing sales deals to meet revenue targets.
  8. Collaboration with Other Departments: Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
