The Role
What awaits you?
Working in the heart of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars to ensure the dreams of our clients are brought to life via their Bespoke commissions
Managing Rolls-Royce Bespoke client one-off requests across all involved functions and supporting sales regions and dealers in processing Bespoke requests
Steering the Bespoke order pipeline with sales regions / dealers and supporting the dealer Bespoke order process
Planning the future week’s visualisation capacity for our design team
Analysing process performance and implementing process improvements to deliver first-class customer service.
Creating meaningful and insightful KPIs and management reporting to drive customer service and business performance
What should you bring along?
Educated to University degree
Working in customer service and project management is desirable.
Exceptional communication skills, including international & cross-cultural communication.
Understanding of luxury brands and the automotive luxury sector.
Excellent data analysis and excel are essential.
