Looking for a Immediate Start for an Accounts Assistant - Circa £30,000 - Hybrid Working

Your new company

Are an industry leader who provider of outsourced storage and solutions with over 30 years' experience. They are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join.

Your new role

As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for accounts payable and supporting the wider finance team.

  • Process and manage a invoices.

  • Reconcile purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.

  • Prepare and process payment runs

  • Maintain supplier accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

  • Accurately code bank transactions into the business accounts

  • Reconcile records with the bank

  • Support on other ad hoc duties like payroll

What you’ll need to succeed

You will have:

  • End to end accounts payable experience.

  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal).

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Be proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

What you’ll get in return

This company offers a competitive rate £28,000 - 32,000 DOE, flexible working opportunities including hybrid working and in excellent working office conditions. 25 days holidays plus bank and 5% pension matched.
