The Role
You’ll sit right at the centre of Sales and Operations, the person who makes sure that client communication, follow‑ups, reports and operational information all move seamlessly from one team to another.It’s a role for someone who loves structure, accuracy and connection. One moment you’re speaking with a customer, the next you’re checking yesterday’s reports, updating the CRM or ensuring the right information reaches the right people. What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing alerts and updates, ensuring clients receive the correct information and that any follow‑up actions are completed
- Carrying out onboarding calls with new clients and confirming key details
- Providing day‑to‑day support to the sales admin team, helping generate quotes and reports
- Following up with new sites via calls and emails, sharing relevant information to keep momentum high
- Acting as the communication bridge between Sales and Operations
- Maintaining an accurate, up‑to‑date CRM (HubSpot)
- Creating and updating planning and scheduling spreadsheets
- Checking the previous day’s site forms and logging any issues
- Uploading reports and documentation to the correct job records
- Flagging missing details such as incorrect allocations, absent photos or incomplete notes
- Supporting the Logistics Planner with scheduling and workflow coordination
- Updating master plans and tracking sheets for key accounts
This is a fast-paced environment with a lot of moving parts — and you’ll be the person who helps bring clarity, structure and consistency to each day.
About You
You’ll thrive here if you are:- Highly organised with a natural eye for detail
- Confident working with data, spreadsheets and systems
- Comfortable communicating with clients and colleagues via phone and email
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Familiar with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is great, but not essential)
- Proactive — you follow up, you chase, you tidy loose ends before they become problems
- Able to juggle tasks and stay calm under pressure
- From a sales or commercial support background (advantageous, not required)
