Your new role
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales function by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Your duties will include order entry and verification, handling inbound customer enquiries, managing a shared inbox, and coordinating deliveries and proof of delivery requests. You will also investigate discrepancies such as shortages, credits, and returns, while supporting wider administrative tasks including invoicing and order tracking.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a sales administration or office-based role, with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. A professional communication style, both written and verbal, is essential, along with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage workloads effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience in a product-based or order-processing environment would be advantageous.
