Your New Company Based on the outskirts of Glasgow, our client is recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join their team on a temporary 3-month contract. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with some flexibility on start and finish times. The organisation can be accessed by local public transport and there is also on-site parking. This post is available for an ASAP start.

Your New Role
•Purchase Ledger Management — matching, batching and coding invoices.
• Sales Invoicing — raising sales invoices and ensuring timely processing.
• Allocations & Reconciliations — maintaining accurate financial records.

• Query Handling — resolving supplier and internal queries professionally.

• General Finance Administration — supporting the wider finance team as needed.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
This role is suited to a candidate with 1 year + finance/finance administration experience, ideally with knowledge of working with Navision. You will have a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail. Traits such as curiosity, service orientation, and good attention to detail will help you thrive in this fast-paced, values-driven environment.
