Your new role
As a passionate and adept individual, your primary responsibility is to manage and execute a range of administrative tasks, providing excellent servicing to customers and internal stakeholders. You will contribute to improving the operations' productivity.Key Responsibilities
- General Administration
- Creating & managing sales orders through completion
- Query Management
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing excellent customer service
What you'll need to succeed
To ensure success in this highly visible role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service-based role
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
