Temporary Sales Coordinator (Part-Time)
Tuesday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Bingley – Onsite

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team on a part-time ongoing temporary basis. This role is pivotal in supporting our Senior Consultants and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers throughout their journey. Sales experience is essential, as the successful candidate will play a key role in customer engagement, sales administration, and supporting the overall sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Senior Sales Consultants.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including managing invitations and customer communications.
  • Coordinate and manage sales-agreed incentives, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Oversee and support customer move-ins, ensuring a smooth, positive, and professional experience.
  • Conduct engaging and informative show-arounds for prospective customers, showcasing our offerings with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Maintain and manage sales files from reservation through to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Perform any other relevant duties as requested by the Sales Consultant to support the wider sales function.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Confident in conducting tours and engaging with prospective customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
