Lead Reward - Acquisitive Environment - Corporate & Site Based / Operational Employees
A national engineering firm that has enjoyed sequential years of growth, via organic and acquisitive means, that operates in a healthy, growing UK market. Employing c2,500 in the UK split across a London HQ and several sites, there is both a professional and operational customer base.
As the Reward Manager, you will report to the Head of HR Ops, manage a Benefits Coordinator and join a wider HR team of c20. You will be the key voice for all reward matters across the UK and will be an expert on reward matters. You will be accustomed to delivering in a complex, matrixed setting – given the site-based element of the population, the Reward Manager will ideally be experienced in working with an operational workforce, but this is not essential. You will lead on projects such as pay parity, harmonisation of terms, work on 4 pay reviews per annum and 2 separate bonus cycles and guide SLT on trends around attrition etc.
Leading on reward for the UK, you will be well versed in delivering across the reward cycle. Due to the pay parity, and acquisitive nature of the business, you will be comfortable leading on projects and working with sizeable amounts of data. You will be comfortable partnering with HR BPs and presenting findings at quarterly board meetings. This role could be great for an accomplished reward professional in a larger PLC who is looking to take on more responsibility and hold the ‘no1’ position.
Largely remote, based with c1 day per week in the London office, and £70,000 - £80,000 base, 10% bonus, private medical and pack.
