This is a pivotal role that sits between the Head of Paid Media's strategy and the day-to-day delivery layer. You'll translate strategic priorities into real campaign activity, be the first point of contact for our agency partners, own our in-house channels, and keep everything moving with rigour and pace.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the day‑to‑day lead for paid media agencies across Search, Social, Programmatic, and Affiliate.
- Translate paid media strategy into clear, actionable campaign plans and ensure strong execution.
- Own in‑house affiliate activity, including partner management, payouts, and performance optimisation.
- Monitor and optimise performance across all channels, managing budgets against KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and revenue.
- Lead the paid media creative process, from briefing through to launch and testing.
- Deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reporting with actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with creative, ecommerce, and analytics teams to keep campaigns on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- 2 -4 years of experience
- Strong hands‑on experience across paid media channels (Search, Social, Affiliate, Programmatic).
- Confident managing agencies and multiple stakeholders.
- Data‑driven, with experience using performance insights to inform optimisation and creative decisions.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment.
