Your New Company:
Based in the gorgeous Llandeilo countryside, this newly refurbished residential ‘village’ is home to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The residence is broken up into self-contained cottages, a mansion and an annex. There is also a communal area within the grounds for residents to socialise and hold events, like a small village hall. Your New Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals in their daily routines and ensuring their psychological needs are met.
- Engaging in community activities to build strong relationships and boost self-esteem.
- Working on a flexible rota on either a days/sleeps only, or nights only contract .
What You Need to Succeed:
- Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour is preferred but not essential.
- A commitment to undertaking all pre-employment training.
- The ability to work effectively within a team to provide the best service possible.
- A valid driving licence is essential for this role
