Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re recruiting a Supported Housing Worker to join a values‑driven team supporting individuals experiencing homelessness to build brighter, more independent futures.

Your new role

As a Supported Housing Worker, you will provide person‑centred support to clients with medium‑level needs across two supported accommodation locations. You’ll help individuals develop confidence, maintain their tenancies, and access vital services that enable long‑term stability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored support and housing management to clients
  • Support people experiencing homelessness to move toward independence
  • Build effective partnerships with local agencies and professionals
  • Maintain accurate, clear, and timely client records
  • Track referrals into the service
  • Promote a safe, supportive, and empowering environment
  • Work collaboratively within a rota between 08:00–20:00
Additional duties may be required in line with the needs of the service.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience supporting people with complex needs and/or challenging behaviours
  • Strong communication and record‑keeping skills
  • Empathy, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable people
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, emotionally rewarding environment
