Find and Apply for Repairs Manager Jobs

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely response to reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
• Manage and optimise the CAFM system to track jobs, allocate resources, and report performance.
• Lead a team of 12 staff, including plumbers, joiners, electricians, and semi-skilled operatives.
• Ensure excellent customer service and stakeholder communication across all maintenance activities.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and service standards.

• Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management, ideally in a public sector or campus environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate a multi-trade team.
• Familiarity with CAFM systems and maintenance scheduling.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Temporary role for approximately 6 months.
• Salary negotiable depending on experience.
• Immediate start preferred.
