Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum + Relocation package available for the right candidate

Your role

• Provide clear vision and strategic direction for the service.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for families.
• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team including social workers, clinicians, and residential care workers.
• Oversee assessments and interventions to support positive outcomes for families.
• Manage budgets effectively and drive financial performance.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

About you

• Extensive experience of working with adults/children/families
• Degree in Social Work (UK Qualified)
• Proven track record of managing Ofsted registered services
• Experience of improving or maintaining high levels of delivery and outcomes for service users
• A level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (achieved after January 2011).
• A proven track record of experience within a similar setting
• Good knowledge of Safeguarding procedures and relevant Regulatory Body regulations
• Experience supervising and managing professional staff
• Evidence of Continuous professional/ management development
• Proven experience of managing budgets effectively ensuring cost efficiency
