Registered Manager - Family Assessment Centre
Location: LittlehamptonSalary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum + Relocation package available for the right candidate

Your role
- Provide clear vision and strategic direction for the service.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for families.
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team including social workers, clinicians, and residential care workers.
- Oversee assessments and interventions to support positive outcomes for families.
- Manage budgets effectively and drive financial performance.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
About you
- Extensive experience of working with adults/children/families
- Degree in Social Work (UK Qualified)
- Proven track record of managing Ofsted registered services
- Experience of improving or maintaining high levels of delivery and outcomes for service users
- A level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (achieved after January 2011).
- A proven track record of experience within a similar setting
- Good knowledge of Safeguarding procedures and relevant Regulatory Body regulations
- Experience supervising and managing professional staff
- Evidence of Continuous professional/ management development
- Proven experience of managing budgets effectively ensuring cost efficiency
