We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and enhance recruitment operations within a large, complex public sector organisation. This interim role offers a unique opportunity to shape strategic resourcing initiatives, manage a high-performing team, and drive data-led improvements across the candidate journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and embed a strategic recruitment plan aligned with workforce needs.
- Lead and develop a team of Resourcing Partners to deliver high-quality recruitment services.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
- Implement performance frameworks using SLAs, KPIs, and other metrics.
- Use data and market insight to drive continuous improvement and campaign effectiveness.
- Lead senior-level recruitment campaigns and advise leadership on talent assessment best practice.
- Support digital transformation of recruitment processes, including system reimplementation.
- Deputise for the Head of Resourcing as required.
Essential Criteria
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition, Resourcing, or Talent Development.
- Proven leadership in high-volume recruitment environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Experience in complex organisational settings with a track record of innovation.
- Excellent IT and reporting skills, with a data-driven approach to performance improvement.
