Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities in the accountancy and finance sectors within the Aylesbury, Tring, and Marlow areas. Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions in the accountancy and finance fields.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques and client engagement.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in the accountancy and finance sectors. Provide insights to clients and leverage market knowledge to drive sales.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms of business with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Manage the offer process between clients and candidates.
- Networking: Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to build a robust network of contacts in the accountancy and finance sectors.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets. Provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or a related field is advantageous but not essential. Experience in accountancy and finance recruitment is a plus. Training will be provided for new consultants.
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Resilient and adaptable to changing market conditions.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the Aylesbury, Tring, and Marlow areas is a plus.
