Your New Role
As an Recruitment Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in the talent acquisition process, supporting end-to-end recruitment activities. This includes liaising with agencies, assisting managers with role profiles and adverts, setting up testing using third-party systems, and managing graduate recruitment. You will also represent the company at graduate fairs, building strong relationships with universities. Your responsibilities will ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and the company's recruitment policies.

What You Will Need to Succeed
- Strong, up-to-date talent acquisition experience.
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in innovative advertising strategies and administering ability and occupational personality questionnaires is beneficial.
- A valid UK driving license is advantageous.
