Recruitment Business Partner | 12 month FTC | Preston

Currently Seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to join the team on a 12 month FTC basis.

Your new role
As a Talent and Resourcing Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the organisation’s talent acquisition strategy. Reporting to the Head of Talent and Resourcing, you’ll lead on senior-level recruitment, workforce planning, and strategic resourcing initiatives. You’ll also support with process improvements, training, and the development of recruitment procedures, acting as a key advisor to senior stakeholders across the UK and globally. In the absence of the Head of Talent and Resourcing, you’ll step in to ensure continuity and operational leadership.

Key Duties:
  • Provide guidance and support to senior managers on talent acquisition processes, best practices, workforce planning.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior roles, including sourcing, assessment, and selection of high-caliber candidates.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, collaborating closely to understand talent needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
  • Proactively identify and engage top talent through various channels, maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimisation efforts UK wide and globally.

What you’ll need to succeed
  • Extensive in-house, full-cycle recruitment experience
  • A proven track record of leading HR and recruitment projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
  • Experience using ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • CIPD Level 5 (desirable)
