Your new role

My client is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment consultant to join their recruitment team and play a key role in sourcing and engaging top talent. This is a high-volume resourcing position where you will be building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

• Source and attract skilled engineers through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and direct approaches.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future engineering roles.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, ensuring alignment with technical requirements.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role specifications and deliver high-quality candidates.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the process, maintaining a positive experience.
• Track and report on sourcing activity and pipeline progress

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in resourcing or recruitment, ideally within engineering or technical sectors.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and proactive search techniques.
• Ability to manage a high-volume of calls
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment technology.
