Due to sickness within the Talent Acquisition team, our client is looking for a temporary Recruitment Administrator, initially for 3 weeks, but could be extended.
Your new role - Recruitment Administrator
• To deliver highly accurate and well-presented recruitment administration duties
• To respond promptly to all internal and external customer and candidate queries, professionally and accurately, ensuring service levels are maintained
• To deliver recruitment administration to the business, across all recruitment processes, linking with other departments and HR teams as required
• To deliver excellent customer and candidate service, whilst dealing with high volumes of various administrative work in a fast-paced environment, dealing with conflicting priorities and multiple internal and external stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Outlook and Word
• Experience of working with recruitment databases and systems
• Experience of dealing sensitively and appropriately with confidential information within an HR environment
• Experience of working to a high standard within a recruitment administration function, delivering processes across all aspects of the recruitment process
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail and ability to progress multiple work streams to deadline
• Identifying continuous improvement approaches to recruitment guidance, administration, and sup
