Were seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join a busy talent acquisition team for 3 months in Eastleigh.

Our client is seeking an experienced HR / Recruitment Administrator/Talent Advisor to undertake a range of recruitment administration activities for an initial contract via Hays on for 3 months + based in Eastleigh.

Are you an organised, proactive, and people-focused HR/Recruitment Administrator? We’re looking for an In‑House Recruitment Administrator to join our busy and fast‑paced Talent Acquisition team, supporting the end‑to‑end recruitment process and helping us deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a central role in ensuring our hiring processes run smoothly from start to finish. You will be the first point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, providing support across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing vacancies and candidate applications through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates in line with role requirements
  • Coordinating interviews, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow‑up communications
  • Speaking with candidates via phone and email to guide them through each step of the process
  • Supporting vetting and compliance checks, such as references and right‑to‑work, and more complex vetting as required
  • Preparing onboarding documentation and ensuring a seamless transition from offer to start date
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment data, records, and reporting in the ATS
  • Providing general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and wider HR function
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has strong administrative experience – recruitment or HR admin experience
  • Is confident in communicating with candidates at all levels.
  • Is highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Has excellent attention to detail and enjoys process-driven work
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable using technology and systems (ATS experience preferred)
  • Brings a positive, professional, and team-focused approach.
The Offer
This role is an opportunity to join a busy talent acquisition team
3-month initial contract via Hays
Based in Eastleigh – circa 3–4 days on site with a possible 2 days from home, but will need to be on site in the first few weeks to gain experience of systems and team.
35 hours per week – 8- 4 or 9-5
