Recruiter - North Leeds
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Recruitment Partner to support high-volume recruitment across designated business areas. This role is pivotal in sourcing, screening, and securing top talent while ensuring a seamless and compliant hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Partner with hiring managers to understand and meet recruitment needs.
Develop and maintain effective sourcing strategies and networks
Ensure all pre-employment screening and compliance documentation is completed.
Maintain accurate applicant tracking and legally required records.
Support ongoing recruitment initiatives and project work.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment in an agency or internal recruitment setting
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment reporting.
