A leading bank are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who is a specialist in Front Office recruitment, specifically banking roles up to Director level. Reporting into the Head of TA, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the business recruitment process across the Front Office, including Banking, Financial Planning, Risk, Business Development, Portfolio and Credit.
- Advising Senior Stakeholders on recruitment processes, actively pipelining for future vacancies and growth.
- Partnering with the HR Director to support on the benchmarking process within the Front Office side of the business.
- Conducting and leading interviews for permanent and fixed-term vacancies at Associate to Managing Director level.
- Support the Head of TA on ad-hoc projects, including the ongoing streamlining of the Talent Acquisition process, developing new initiatives and working toward improving the candidate experience.
What you'll need to succeed
Thorough experience as a Recruitment Professional in-house, within Financial Services and hiring into the Front Office is essential.
Proven success growing a businesses Front Office, with specific experience hiring Private, Investment and Corporate Bankers.
Have a strong network in London, with the ability to successfully hire using referalls and a direct sourcing approach.
Be a professional and confident individual, with excellent attention to detail.
