This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced receptionist to work with a warm and friendly team in a Private Family Office, that operates in the property space.
Your new role
- Serve as the first point of contact, greeting and directing visitors and clients professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments and manage phone enquiries efficiently.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Maintain a presentable and organised reception area, ensuring the office is well maintained, including ordering office supplies and equipment.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years in a similar receptionist position.
- Desirable to have a background in professional services or property.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams).
