Receptionist | 2-Month Contract | Professional Regulatory Environment

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and professional Receptionist / Front of House Coordinator to join a well-established organisation operating within a highly professional and regulated environment on an initial 2-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys being the face of an organisation and takes pride in delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience. Working within a corporate office setting, you will be responsible for ensuring all visitors, stakeholders and colleagues receive a warm, professional and efficient service at all times.

The successful candidate will be confident working within a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and maintaining high standards of professionalism and discretion. Previous experience within a regulatory, membership, legal, healthcare, financial services or wider professional services environment would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and external stakeholders
  • Meeting and greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Managing incoming calls, emails and enquiries efficiently
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for meetings
  • Supporting with hospitality arrangements for visitors and events
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and courier arrangements
  • Maintaining a tidy, organised and professional reception area
  • Providing administrative and office support to wider teams as required
  • Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the office environment

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous Reception, Front of House or Office Support experience within a professional or regulated environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • Proactive, reliable and adaptable approach to work
  • Available to commit to a 2-month contract assignment
