We are currently recruiting for an experienced and professional Receptionist / Front of House Coordinator to join a well-established organisation operating within a highly professional and regulated environment on an initial 2-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys being the face of an organisation and takes pride in delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience. Working within a corporate office setting, you will be responsible for ensuring all visitors, stakeholders and colleagues receive a warm, professional and efficient service at all times.
The successful candidate will be confident working within a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and maintaining high standards of professionalism and discretion. Previous experience within a regulatory, membership, legal, healthcare, financial services or wider professional services environment would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and external stakeholders
- Meeting and greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing incoming calls, emails and enquiries efficiently
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for meetings
- Supporting with hospitality arrangements for visitors and events
- Handling incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and courier arrangements
- Maintaining a tidy, organised and professional reception area
- Providing administrative and office support to wider teams as required
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the office environment
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous Reception, Front of House or Office Support experience within a professional or regulated environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Proactive, reliable and adaptable approach to work
- Available to commit to a 2-month contract assignment
