- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 2:30pm

Job Overview:
To provide efficient reception and administrative support to an organisation’s Landscaping Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role acts as a first point of contact for visitors, landscapers, suppliers and customers, supporting job allocation and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception & Front-of-House
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, landscapers and delivery drivers
- Receive and process deliveries, ensuring correct routing and record‑keeping
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
- Administration & Team Support
- Allocate and coordinate daily job tasks for landscapers, as directed by management
- Scan and process weekly timesheets accurately and on time
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, responding to routine queries where appropriate
- Handle telephone queries, directing calls and passing on messages efficiently
- Provide general administrative support to the Landscaping Team as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or reception-based role
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Competent IT skills, including email, scanning and basic office systems
- Desirable
- Experience working within a facilities, construction or landscaping environment
- Experience coordinating workloads or job allocations
